Angie Ho: Services for a small travel agency
Every year, small Taiwanese travel agency Angie Ho organises several trips to Central and Western Europe for its clients. Quality services are a priority for them. They approached Umbrella Holiday with a request to hire a coach for a group of 35 travellers.
We recommended the beautiful Setra 515 HD coach which is the perfect solution for groups of this size, and which met all their requirements. We also offered them additional services at competitive prices – booking of hotels, restaurants and guides.
That persuaded them to change their original plan to organise all supplementary services themselves, taking up our offer which included coach hire, booking of hotels, restaurants and guides, as well as arranging flight tickets at advantageous prices.
Our employees personally welcomed the group of tourists at the airport and had lunch with them during their stay in Prague – this kind of personal touch is one of our company's most fundamental principles. During the time that we spent together, we offered the clients further advice and tips on interesting sights to see, and even joined them on occasion. Throughout their stay, the client had access to the services of one of our employees, who acted as a contact should any unexpected situations arise, or should the group need help. As usual, we also prepared small gifts for the Taiwanese tourists to take home as a reminder of Prague and the Czech Republic.
